Yes and no. I believe Petrino was only a delay tactic. Pittman would already be gone if he hadn't made a "splash" hire for OC. Yes, Petrino was stabbing him in the back but his back would not still be there to be stabbed without hiring Petrino.

I’m sorry but this made me laugh out loud and I’ve stayed out of this conversation. However I gotta agree about seriously integral parts of our team and success. Thompson, Fluff, DBs and Linemen. Also just Imagining if we were fully healthy now sucks or close to healthy at least. Really hope we get more back than one Smith which is still great to have!
