from your local high school (basically drop out because you know you won't qualify). Go to Hargrave - try to get that ACT score, play some football, and your college eligibility doesn't start like it does if you went to JUCO.
which I assume it's paid for by other people a lot of the times but if you don't have that worked out - dropping 20K for Hargrave is not easy.
