Mississippi Gulf Coast Community College made a big football
pickup, signing Lafayette County quarterback Jeremy Liggins to a
scholarship.</p>

The 6-foot-3 Liggins had originally committed to LSU.</p>

"It's
huge,'' MGCCC football coach Steve Campbell said during his annual
summer football camp Sunday. "We're excited. He will enroll in second
term summer school.'' </p>

didn't even know he was a grade risk when we were recruiting him. Guess he wasn't as big of a loss as we thought. Will be interesting to see what happens with him coming out of JUCO. MGCCC has definitely been good to us.

Guessing he'll be a really good JUCO qb though.
