It's Queens. We've dominated them for three games. Prove it next week before I believe.
It was a really solid week for the team. I know Queens is a weak sister, but dominating wins after a tough previous week is a good sign.
Huge week this week. Really need to find a way to get 4 out of 5 and then the season is right back on track.

I’m still iffy on Ligon from a consistency standpoint but I suppose he earned at least one more weekend start.
Texas is one of the best teams we will see all year, next weekend is going to be a challenge. Definitely need to win the two Biloxi games first though.

I feel like we should’ve played one of Manhattan or Queens, not both of them. Missouri State I think will end up being an ok team but the other two never had a prayer of being good teams.
But we've completely dominated them and all of our losses have been competitive games against good teams.
This is a much better start than last season. We just need to get off to a good start in the SEC. We have a lot of solid ball players.

This is a team that was 14-41 last year and is 2-13 this year. Only thing I take from this weekend is that we didn't run rule them, which isn't a good sign.
If we didn’t start playing musical subs in like the 5th/6th inning each game we would have. If you are watching this year you know offense will not be a problem by seasons end.
You gotta work a bit to make yourself feel bad about winning 9-3, 9-3 and 10-2.

He was still shaky in the first. He does that against SEC opponent and we looking at being down 3+ before we even bat next weekend.
If you take Pico’s numbers back to last year though his SEC+postseason numbers were a 2.94 era in 21 and a third innings vs OM, Arkansas, Missouri Tennessee and UVA. I am squarely in the Pico is legit camp at this point.
We got some AB's and some defensive innings for the bench guys though, which is a better thing. I'd rather win 9-3 and have an idea of who can pinch hit over winning 12-2
