Yes, he came out and was nervous. He was releasing the ball a little too early and not completing his pitches but he has settled in. I don't think anyone on here expected him to come in and throw a shutout. He has gotten little help in the field and has kept the bleeding to a minimum.
To win this game we are going to have to swing the bats. Their pitcher has been doing a great job of making us pop the ball up. Last inning we touched him for a few solid hits, hopefully we can string a few of those together. He is also starting to get behind in the count which is a good thing.
Lindgren has done a damn fine job coming in for his first start.
