If you have TV/internet through Comcast Xfinity, I know you can watch games here:

I'm not positive, but I think you can watch games there if you have another TV provider, but I am sure about Xfinity. Hopefully this helps.

Looks like the games CAN be streamed

I'm on Cableone, which does not have TRU-Tv, but I was able to to get it.

I also went to Yahoo Sports and was able to pull in other games,... anyway they worked for me.
I'm sure you could do the same thru CBS.

Looks like all games are on TNT, TRU-tv, TBS, or CBS.

I'm streaming them from ncaa.com and I didn't have to enter any cable/satellite info...
