I want somebody to ask this Lars jackass what exactly changed between his story where it is Cecil at the dinner table saying "It's Auburn" and yesterday when Cam was telling ESPN that the decision was his and his alone.
Finebaum would give Cam a reach around if he would let him. Cam is all he has been talking about for the past week. And when someone calls in with an intelligent rebuttal on the the Cam situation, he hangs up on them. The show truly sucks until Charles from Reeltown or Tammy calls in. Then it is somewhat comical.
This guy sounds like he is 12 years old. He has been on F-bomb's show all afternoon and hasn't put together a coherent sentence.

usually he takes all types of rumors and runs with them but on this Cam stuff he has gone WAAAY out his way to try and debunk ANYTHING that puts Cam or Auburn in a bad light. He has run down MSU and anyone associated with MSU on this from early on although virtually everything alleged from the MSU side has been show to be factual. I have no idea what is driving him but he has more of a behind-the-scenes agenda on this than anything I've ever seen. To some degree he is playing to the Auburn portion of his audience but I can't help but feel like it runs a LOT deeper than that. Almost like maybe he has some buddies involved in this friom the Auburn side that he is trying to protect.
Can you imagine the fallout on our program for years to come if one of our MSU boosters had taken Cecil's bait and paid them off. MSU's football program is the victim in all of this and noone else. We were the ones essentially blackmailed by the Newtons. I'm sick and tired of the media types that are trying to somehow paint Cam in a sympathetic light with this.
Anyone that calls in and try's to connect dots by using what they call "allegations", they run down. But then it's totally cool for Finebaum or mumbles to accuse Megan Mullen of running her mouth to Joe Scad...which is an "allegation" only mentioned by Finebaum on his show. I can't say I've seen any article where Mrs. Mullen was the source.
I caught a few minutes of Finbaum on XM. When they went to the 4:00 break they played the usual pre-taped sports highlight segment for the channel. What was funny was the announcer made the statement that Cam will be at the Heisman Ceremony without his father Cecil, "whose involvement with a pay-for-playinvolving Mississippi State put Auburn on probation"
the Heisman they talk about the FBI fall out and what might happen in the future BUT they can't vote on that now. It isn't going
to take ANYONE from state saying anything to fry Auburn........
