Not trying to be a jerk but I don't think you have grasped the concept that some
of these rumors may be true at the time. For example, coaching search rumors, Fedora may have had some serious discussions with Ole Miss and at the time it looked like it would work out in the opinion some folks who fed that rumor to Deep. Fedora didn't get the job and he nor Ole Miss have any interest in disclosing their dialogue, its their business; but it is ok to speculate on such matters on this board according to the rules. Just put me on ignore.

don't have the time to go back and do an accounting and I'm not going to give up my source of information. His information is very accurate when it comes to MSU not as accurate as it pertains to Ole Miss or any other school.

If you want to post baseless rumors of a rape cover-up and bribe (FUN things, these), everyone should remember it's all in good fun and you would appreciate it if people would refrain from pointing out all the times you and/or Deepthroat have been documented talking directly out of your ***.

I am not making light of the sexual battery incident, I have a freshmen daughter in college and I can't imagine the agony associated with this for the family at Ole Miss and for the accused young man who has most likely ruined his life. The incident happened and very little details are being provided and if it was MSU your boards would be like a 17ing lynch mob so I think I'll just tell you to 17 off at this point, no offense intended.

One of the things that Foom does right is that a rumor about OM will be discussed just as hard as a State rumor. If there is truth to a rumor enough that someone on a message board knows enough to post it, then you aren't going to keep it hidden. All you are is making yourself look like a sheep.

66, I'm curious...what do you think the reasoning would be for the victim to turn in Hill (immediately) but then be involved in some cover? If you are going to make those allegations, I would believe you would bring anyone you could into the case. The hearsay I have been told is it did indeed happen at another player's house. Hill is a freshman so he lives on campus. It occurred Saturday night and it wasn't some "recruiting bash". I'm sure the residents will be witnesses in the case, but they have been cleared of involvement. The incident could have happened at Freeze's house, but that doesn't warrant involvement. FYI, RN lives on campus as well, so it wasn't his residence (sorry to spoil your excitement). I just don't see how charges are pressed immediately, no one else charged, and you think this is some conspiracy. If it is, then OPD will be in some hot water, and I don't see them risking it on this type of case. Hill is gone, he's a piece of **** in my book if true,but I'm not sure what else you think Ole Miss should be doing? The problem is out of their hands as of now.

I read the Oxford PD statement as you can see in the thread and I thought it was a closed deal, I am just passing along a rumor that it might not be, that is all. I did receive the names of a couple of more individuals that may have been present at the event but I'm not going to post those names.

I think you may need to reread the post. There a few rebuttals in your post to allegations that weren't even made by Coach66. He sure didn't say that the victim was involved in coverup. In fact, the opposite was said.
It's one thing when you post a rumor here or there that is wrong. Its a wholly different thing when you post rumors and are wrong every. single. time.

We were browsing rivals.com and noticed your recruiting rankings really jumped this year compared to your previous performance. We really didn't think anything of it until we received multiple twitter DMs that provided us with proof. So, cut it out, get those rankings down closer to your rival, and keep away from the big boys.

I can't imagine why there would not be a lot of available information on a sexual battery case involving minors. I honestly cannot comprehend what reason the police and a public university (that has duty to keep private their student's information) might have for not releasing all of the information they may have. I mean seriously, why won't everyone just spill it?

I love a good rumor just as much as anyone, but this guy is full of ****. He posts rumors all the time that never turn out to be true. He's sixpacks version of 7dust.
This kind of points back to what John L Pitts said last week on facebook. Although, the next day - Clarion Ledger comes out saying no more arrests will be made.

He was on Head to Head and basically begged the masses to chill out. This was on Monday after his personal Facebook post Sunday hit the message bpards. Said that his boss had been called numerous times, the Daily Journal, tweets, Facebook posts etc... The basic batshit crazy response. He seemed very taken aback by how a sort of generic post on his own Facebook page would go viral.
