I was just going by what the article posted above said. I never saw the word amended or revised. I did see the words "new document", "new Notice of Allegations", and "second notice." I believe what you say about it being amended. I've also never been on the "you can't amend a NOA" bandwagon like some. I was just going by that one article.

That actually makes sense. If you say black eye everyone knows what you're talking about, and it's not about a race. When you call a group of people the blacks, it's a little different. Assumption or not, most people are going to think race.
If this is all it takes to get banned, then y'all have gotten a bit sensitive lately. My university is going to be just fine. Not sure about the football team I cheer for though. No one is sure. Either way, my comments had nothing to do with Ole Miss. I was literally just trying to understand the situation according to the ESPN article that was posted and trying to figure out why the heck that guy kept calling Ole Miss the "blacks."
