Haven’t seen this mentioned, but Florida’s backup quarterback is liking TikTok edits of DJ Lagway working at McDonald’s.

Let’s see if Sunbelt Billy can get the boys back on track.

Obviously Florida fans didnt care about winning . They were only interested in recruiting what some talking head thought was a 4-5 star

Will keep saying it - Napier will be sent packing after we beat them in October.

If they fire him in season it will cost them an extra 2.62 million dollars. That may be the only thing that lets him be a dead man walking

ETA: how mad would you be if you played on their defense? They’ve allowed two offensive TD’s all year.

MSU's 2018 defense says Hold My Beer.

That year's LSU game is a great example.

We kept turning the ball over on our side of the 50 (Nicky Fitz 4 INTs). And our defense kept holding them to FGs. One of those INTs was returned to the 3 and it took them 3 plays to score their only TD. Our defense dominated LSU's offense and we still managed to lose 19-3.

Still not as bad as the 3-2 Auburn game. Defense held them to a field goal and scored a safety and we still lost.

Well what I cited was just an example. The MSU 2018 defense was arguably the best defense we've ever had at State, loaded with NFL players (3 first rounders) and they managed to lose five games with it. I think they only gave up something like 8 TDs all year. Just absurd.

I'm not sure if that is locker room issues or not. Could be, but......

When I was in college, if I saw somebody was making fun of one of my friends by making pictures of him working at McDonalds I would think it was funny and would probably send it to him.

No smart pills were taken by Moorhead that day.

Speaking of Creed Whitmore, 3 games in, 1 game played, no receptions.

If they do, it's no surprise. That program has a tendency to lay down in an attempt to get their coaches fired and it goes all the way back to at least Urban Meyer.

Some programs just seem to have a sickness about them. A&M and Florida immediately spring to mind. When things are rolling, they are really good. As soon as they hit adversity the players lay down and coaches get canned. I suspect there are a lot of boosters close to the program that cause issues that way.

Yea, if you 17ed ad fat chick, piling on publicly is probably what you'd expect. But after throwing 5 interceptions and arguably costing them the game, not sure that's the type of things friends rib each other about, at least not within a week of it happening.

Maybe the backup QB could dig back through the starters social media posts and Venmo history and find something from 10 years ago that could get him "cancelled." Of course, no one would ever do that though. **

^^^^^ Too young to have seen Michael Henig's 6 pick day in '07 (yes I know it was at DWS, but still....)
No kidding. Remember Croom saying he recruited Henig because he saw him throw a pick on film then chase down and tackle the DB? By the end of that game I was rooting for Henig to throw pick 7 and break the record. If you're gonna suck that bad, go all out.

Devils advocate……at what point do we say maybe it’s a modern athlete problem (the transient pay for play version). Or better yet, they’ve hired 7 (previously successful) head coaches since urban and had next to zero success. That is before and after loafers…so maybe it ain’t loafers either. They have money so it isn’t that.

I think it’s a Florida problem. Other teams with similar advantages to them don’t seem to have the same trouble bouncing back when down.
