Look at us move in our zone offense- that is awesome to see finally

Fans that don't understand basketball only see improvement and success/failure in a number on a scoreboard. Those of us that do see it in the process and the goals. If you can't see that our offense now has purpose in beating a zone by quick ball movement and a dribble/slash/dish approach, something that has actually been coached and practiced, then you seriously need not comment on basketball any more for awhile.
Our zone offense the past 5 years has been pass around the perimeter with everyone standing around until the shot clock winds down and we have to throw up a 3 from 24 feet. That's a recipe for taking an NCAA team with all returning starters and losing to Rider...
Are you guys just trolling? Because well-coached isn't what pops into my mind watching this team. We just had 5 guys on the floor that had no clue the shot clock was about to expire after a dead ball. If that had happened under Stans this board would have exploded.
Uh what the 17 was Ray doing? Why didn't he make them aware of the shot clock. I don't think he even knew. He just had a deer in the headlights look like he has most of the game.
For the record, Ray has a pass right now but damn we are horrible. I haven't seen a basketball team this bad in a long time. Hell Auburn will beat us by 30.
I just love seeing a team that is coached for a change...as Engie said- we have a purpose on offense now. That's great
Yes, because it's possible to teach all 1st year players and walk-ons everything they need to know about basketball before the 5th game of the season

I know you are looking for some glimmer of hope for this season with all you have riding on it but if that ain't polishing, then I don't know what is.
I have tried to watch a few games this season and YES we move and hustle more but it ain't all that awesome to me.

I have no hope for THIS season. But I do see some glimmer for future seasons.
