the team and coaches certainly aren't because they can accomplish a lot in the next two weeks....but as a fan looking ahead I see it being very difficult unless we get an early lead. We will be their bowl game and biggest game of the year....it won't be LSU this year. Whether we win or lose our next two games, they will be physically very demanding. We have a three game season. 2-1 would be awesome from my perspective.

game and it was senior day. Ok, Arkansas wasn't that good, but they played hard that day to win. We will be OM's last home game, senior day, and only bowl game. Additionally, we will be coming off two really big games. We should be favored and should win the game, but it will be a big game for them. If we get up early and cause some turnovers they will fade.
Their offense is not good, but it's got decent pieces and can play well enough to score points. On defense, their secondary is bad, but I don't think we'll be able to take advantage of that. Their D-line, while not nearly as good as advertised, is solid. If Nix has figured out how to be a competent d-coordinator against the spread, they'll be at home and looking to play spoiler and will definitely be capable of the upsest.
They will not be able to stop the run. Their Dline just got thinner with a guy breaking a leg today. We will control the clock, so their turnover-prone offense won't have as many shots against our turnover-making defense. I think they match up with us pretty poorly. We won't need to throw against them, and should we decide to, they're secondary sucks.
They are in very bad shape. The only thing that will keep it close it that it is a rivalry game and it will be their bowl game.
and no running game to speak of for the Vols.The Rebslost another very good D-lineman to injury. I have upgraded expectations for the Egg Bowl from a slight Ole Miss advnatage to a slight MSU advantage. Truthfully if we don't lose anyone else to injury we should win that game.
