I feel like we need to win either At Arkansas or At Auburn. Assuming we are guaranteed to split those two games....who would you choose to beat if given the choice, and why?

If I had to choose one it would be Arkansas. I have to work with one of the biggest Arkansas homers you ever saw. According to him they have a good chance of winning 10-11 games every year...including this one. All of their receivers are 6'5" and run 4.2 forties. Their lineman can tote a Volkswagen under each arm and outrun most teams RB's. You see where I am going. Anything that shuts him up is fine by me. This whole summer all we heard was how many national championships they win in track. I told him winning in track is like farting in the garage. It may make you feel good but nobody cares.
I was honestly thinking I would see all Auburn in this thread, but it has been the opposite so far.
I would rather beat Auburn because I think Auburn will be the better team, and because we have more recruiting battles with Auburn than Arkansas. Plus I just hate Auburn.

Glad we have this new thread to discuss this never before spoken about topic. I just only wish it included the seldom debated topic of is russel the better fit for our offense this year.
Remember the old SNL Chicago Bear fan skit? Chris Farley and others sitting around drinking and eating. Arkansas would destroy the Ravens. Just ask their fans.

No, not necessarily this topic, but nearly every football thread is the same repetitive topics over and over and over. Football season needs to hurry the 17 up so we have something to talk about besides preseason opinions and predictions.
I would rather beat Auburn for several reasons...first I hate auburn and an early loss would wreck their season and their fans very lofty expectation...Second an early SEC road win would help place MSU's season on an upward trajectory...Arky will be irrelevant for the next several years and will not impact recruiting as much as Auburn
