Hands down - they get to take a swing for the fences approach as they don't have much recent history or fan support so a bad hire won't lead to any huge backlash.<div>

</div><div>Woods could be a really good coach based on the job he's done at Valley and while no one really thinks of Cunningham as a 'homerun" guy, USM would kill for what MSU has had the past few years and I think Phil could get enough talent there to keep them winning consistently.</div>

MTSU may be the only place a coach could stay at a school for 10 years, make ZERO NCAAs, barely win 50% of his games and still get a 5 year contract extension.<div></div>
