All the insults about Hoiberg, his son, his health...all the cheap shots taken when it was easy to fire away on a guy trying to rebuild an historically bad program almost from scratch...

And here we are. Defending champions. Defending state of Nebraska champions. Undefeated. Longest winning streak in the country!!!!!!!

The dollars paid for coaching a college sport are such that any and all criticisms are fair game until the quality of the output matches the quantity of the input.

Glad to see Fred appears to be turning it in the right direction. NU hoops has been fun to watch the past couple seasons.

I assumed with the title we beat a big ranked team. Then I saw it was a comeback against OU. Confusing but i'm glad your happy OP.

Beating OU was a good win. Now if we can avoid a pre conference loss to some no name directional private college.

I admit I was like “WTF” after watching both Sam and Frager play in high school, then get recruited by Nebraska. Both had huge games the last 2 nights. For a big stretch in the 2nd half we had 2 Lincoln kids, and a kid from Ashland all on the court at the same time. Crazy

Imagine if we had run Hoiberg off after year 3 or 4 like a lot of y'all wanted to do. We wouldnt be ranked for the the first time since 2018 and our highest ranking since 2014. While also holding the Nations longest win streak. It's almost like you should give coaches time, weird concept I know...

Let's see how they look the next two games. The conference is going to be tough this year. Boys are playing well and I'm glad we start league play at home.
