My impression is that the lower bleacher seats will be available go the students and the suites added after the 2013 season and completed in time for the 2014 season. That's when some reseating will be done.

My only question is will they go ahead and move the students into the end zone and open up the current student section to the public/season ticket holders? Or will they just sell the end zone as general seating until the 2014 reseat?

The lower section will be ready for 2013. This will seat the student section.

Not sure the new end zone permanent bleacher seats will hold as many as the old portable bleachers + the student seats on the east side. So I'm guessing the students will still be in the east side stands plus the new lower level end zone. Could be part of the current student seats will be sold as regular season tickets too. I don't think I've heard the administration address that.
