Looks like Tennessee judges have nuts

If the NCAA had nuts, they would appeal many of the lower court's decision ad gets it to a court without ties to those Universities and a lot of this goes away but everyone knows the NCAA will give up and all they the players, agent and lawyers have to do is take them to a favorable court.

Appeals take too long.

I really don’t care with all the other stuff the NCAA lets slide with 6, 7, 8 and even 9 year’s eligibility for some. But the case in Pittsboro was ridiculous. Did you practice that fall? Yes. Were you limited any? No. Should have been an immediate verdict in NCAA favor right there.

Yeah, the NCAA lawyers did their job. They had the Ole Miss doctor, who is Brad Dye's son, entirely flustered. It got to a point where even he realized how silly he sounded arguing that a two week illness/recovery should give the kid an extra year.

Then the judge delivered an opinion that took him longer to read than he took deliberating. It seemed to be pretty obviously pre-decided.
