think he's hated us for a while. Remember when Jackie's team beat him in South Carolina, he came out after the game talking about the better team losing, cowbells, etc.
Weirdly enough, he's an amazing graduation speaker. A couple of years ago he came to Tulsa and did a commencement. His speech was amazing. He needs to retire and do that.
Someone from State must have banged his wife back in the day. He is worse than Gary Danielson about making snide-*** comments about State.

He's always hated State. I'm guessing he never liked Sherrill and its a carry over from that. Its suprising to me that so many talking heads seem to be pulling against us. You would think with our past, they would be backing the old 'underdog' as many fans around the country have. I guess the dislike for the SEC wins out in the end.
I think this is somewhat it. I think most just want to see teams from across the country and end the SEC and south domination. Having MSU there just takes away from that, so they want to see us out of the picture. It's understandable, we just need to keep winning and rain on their parade. We lose then they were right we don't deserve to be there.
I also remember when he lucked out over us in South Carolina. Substitute QB throwing a TD pass over our DB Robertson's head towards the end of the game.
