College football should show this game as an example on how to blow a game against an inferior opponent.

It took Louisville throwing long bomb passes when it only needed 10 yards for a FG. Twice!

It took a personal foul call on Louisville to get Stanford close enough to try a FG and it took a offsides penalty to make that FG five yards shorter.

All of this had to happen in order for Stanford to steal the win.

Forget any optimism for this season. UK will definitely beat us and the frigging honeymoon for Brohm is frigging over.

Another thing, Shough has been nice but he's not the answer in today's football. Brohm needs to recruit a transfer who is a dual threat QB. The offense is so limited without a running option at QB.

You are right, Realville! We play ten against eleven on offense.
Embarrassing loss. I believe Brink has always lost after beating a ranked team.
Shows he doesn't drill in hard enough after an upset win. Coaches can't take games off, either.

At this point I want to start Clarkson before he transfers. I fear this is going to be worse than losing Jordan Travis.

The season is toast and right now we have only a win against KY to hope for. Any decent bowl destination is off the table and most players will opt out anyway. Brohm needs a new OC and DC. He’s trying to do it all himself. Just look at Oregon to see what an effective head coach can be when he surrounds himself with good coordinators. If Jeff want to be an OC then he should go be one. But if he wants to be a head coach then he needs to learn to lead and trust others.
