Lets just say that you were looking for employment and had many choices. After searching for awhile you were interviewed and hired. The company treated you like family and welcomed you in to the fold. You were in perfect position to grow and excel. Over time the company went through a rough time(as they all do) and you were offered another job somewhere else...with more money and the same or better path to the top......would you abandon the company who believed in you first and took you in as family....or would you bolt for a potentially better opportunity??

I have seen this type of attitude before...I have witnessed members of my home church leave when our church was struggling because "There just wasn't a growing youth group for their kids"......and "They didn't see it improving".....How is it suppose to improve if people are jumping ship and leaving it to crash and burn??!!!

I know there are several things to factor in with the Hood issue but if your committed to something and there is a rough spot......how is bolting to greener pastures gonna help the problem???...its not...... its selfish and shows a total lack of loyalty.

Hood = Unloyal

...remember he's a first-year freshman dealing with this trainwreck, would
he think he was in a perfect position to grow and excel? It's obvious
he didn't think so.

Also, loyalty runs both ways. People have talked about players leaving the basketball program of their own volition. What about the people who were run off?
