Your post is very wrong. Baseball won the SEC in 2016 and women’s basketball did it in back to back years in 2018 and 2019 (and had a combined 31-1 SEC record those two seasons).
Women's basketball is the most recent regular season Championship team. I missed that one too. Thanks for catching it. Only 5 years ago but it seems longer.

Also, I'm pretty sure we've won multiple team catfish noodling championships in the last decade alone, although the Vols are always right there.

Correct. I saw the post said regular season but that doesn’t happen in golf. And, the SEC Championship in golf takes a week so it’s basically the same thing as a small season.
Also… There’s no regular season champion in football, but I guarantee you’d count that.
