I just don't understand the mass hysteria about the vaccine. Most all of us got vaccines when we were young and it's not like American's are particular about what they put into their body. Get the shot or stay home, your freedom ends when it puts others in society at risk. Somehow the freedom fighters forget about the concept of civil duty.
The 64 oz. Mt. Dew fat asses get from gas stations for a dollar is more harmful to their health than the vaccine.

If so, it was an absolute failure, considering that the two American states with the highest death rates are New Jersey and New York. We can pretend as if the red parts of these two blue states are the effected areas, though.
If you look at the current trends, red states like Florida and Mississippi are running laps around NY and NJ. And not in the good way.

My hospital system is mandating the vaccine. If one qualifies for a religious or medical exemption, they have to wear a mask indefinitely (whenever the mask mandates get lifted for vaccinated folks) and get tested weekly at their own cost at the B2B occupational medicine facility I work at.

We don’t bill individual health insurances since we’re a B2B practice, we only deal with payments directly from the company or through work comp insurance.

It will cost them $135 per test. So a full year of testing would be $7020.
Dumbest most unAmerican thing I’ve ever heard of !!!! They were heroes last year tho 😂😂😂😂

Well, you are just too young.

Until 1968, all first graders were lined up and given (for free), compulsory small pox vaccinations. Ask any friend, neighbor, family member if they have the small pox scar on their left shoulder . . . all above the age of 53 have it.

Ask your parents about the free "sugar lumps" they received for infantile paralysis (polio), which were (1) compulsory and, (2) free.

At 43, you were born in 1978 . . . hardly yesterday, but you sound like you were, indeed, born yesterday.
And how long did it take for those vaccines to be approved to use on humans you sound like a moron

Just like they were last summer, Mr. Boston, and their Rt is now below NY and NJ, so we'll see what happens in the fall. As of now, NJ and NY are 1 and 2, and the new governor of New York just disclosed that Cuomo cooked the books to hide 12,000 deaths. Great.

By the way, if you're going to effectively create an alt, probably shouldn't have the same self-proclaimed job with both alts, and probably shouldn't use both alts to whine about how sick you were when once upon a time, you had the flu. Pathetic.

I would also note that non-red states like HI, WA, and OR are having a super high load of cases lately. Can any of the Coronabros explain why? These states are doing great overall compared to the rest of the country, but Boston wanted to talk about current trends, so let's discuss current trends. What is happening in HI, WA, and OR?

Blue Kentucky is not looking good. I believe the Delta V hit the south first. Florida appears to have plateaued (Florida’s vaccination percentage is about the national norm). Now, we wait to see if it moves across the country the same way.

First sign of Covid: Fever.

Second sign of Covid: Cough.

Third sign of Covid i swear is lack of punctuation and run on sentences

Only in enclosed areas. I guess that is the high dollar places:

“The University of Kentucky will not require masks to be worn by vaccinated fans in Kroger Field for football games this season, though it is strongly encouraging masks and requiring them for all visitors in indoor areas where windows aren't open, including in restrooms.”

I think they’ve struck the right balance.

If I wanted an alt, I wouldn't say the same stuff. I haven't used that account in what seems like weeks.

Pathetic that you think that I'm that obsessed with a UK message board that I need to use two usernames at the same time. Get over yourself 🤣

Here's some current trends for you.

HI and OR have 50 cases per 100 over the last 7 days, Washington 43.
Hospitalized per 100 over the last 7 days, HI is at 26, Oregon 23, and Washington, 19
Deaths per 100 over the last 7 days, Oregon is at 0.34, Washington 0.30, Hawaii 0.13

As you will see in the images below, that is significantly better than numerous red states.

I can't wait to get back to dog-talking UT and UofL.

If any good has come from the Fraternity fight, it has provided an opportunity to light up the U of L forums!

Their threads condemning UK might be longer than the threads congratulating Lamar on his Heisman.

It’s the best thing that has happened for U of L football in a damn long time!!!

I’m telling you, those folks are baking cakes in celebration.

One Card has made a special tee shirt equating “L’s Down,” to “guns down,” or something.

God bless their hearts: we’ll kick that Card arse just as hard!!!!

I guess you have to draw a distinction between physical comfort and psychological comfort.

Not really. It should be what works vs what doesn't. Feelings should never trump facts.

But let's address the feelings. Anyone coming to a stadium full of 70,000 just can't reasonably believe they won't encounter germs, etc. The porta potties and public bathrooms alone should be a deal breaker for these people. That just isn't realistic and there nothing any of us can do to change that fact.

I don't think anyone should intentionally do anything to chastise or attack someone's feelings, but there is only so much that can or should be done to satisfy someone's fears/feelings.

Football can’t get here, soon enough!!

We’re like the team: tired of hitting each other!!
YESSIR! 9 more days. I am giddy as a kid at Christmas. Over the years I have found myself becoming more of a UK football fan over basketball. Yeah, I'm one of those fans who gladly would give up a Natty in basketball just to even be in an SECCG in football. Let's go Cats! It's gonna be a good year.

😂😂😂😂 exactly what I was thinking they should get proof of all other vaccinations too and you should have negative test for all other diseases what a joke
I’m not a big anti mask guy but it would be hilarious if some drunk guy walked up and said I don’t have covid but can you tell me what this is. ( has penis out lmao)
