Swapped a 89 for a 94. But I'm not counting it until it's a done deal. I heard the same thing before. Chrome and hoke according to Robbie. Which is what I think the announcers called him during FSU games. Hadad says chrome and hawk.

Any warm body is good news, I guess.
This reaction surprised me as I didn't know anything abotu him other than he was highly rated.

Went and looked for his stats and they certainly weren't great, but he took over when FSU was 1-6. Their high scoring game for the season up to that point was 21 points against Ga Tech and they averaged 15 points per game over that stretch.

Things certainly didn't get better when the freshmen QB took over (ave of 9.75 points per game), but I am guessing that team was broken and had given up by that point. Wouldn't think him not being able to turn them around as a freshmen tells you a lot about his potential.

But really just wanted to note how terrible FSU was, averaging 13.09 points per game against FBS competition, and not particularly strong competition for the most part.

It's hard to fathom how Norvell could ever win the way he has and also put together such a shitastic season.

That’s awesome. We’re selling a chance to come in and compete against a 5th year senior and a 5 star freshman from 30 minutes away.

That’s a tougher sell than we’ve given credit. To fill that with a former 5star is good work.
Yes, we probably don't get him if old transfer rules in play (only one undergraduate transfer), but since he can transfer again if he can't beat out Taylor, it's a no brainer for him.

He has the build and mindset to run the ball when lane opens up or by design. MVB has a pretty deep ball, every other category I would give to Luke. 6'4 208 lbs
Ratings out of high school: Luke 247 - 97, On3 - 96.46 MVB 247 - 89 On3 - 89.58
Rankings as a transfer: Luke 247 #2 QB On3 #3 QB MVB 247 #12 QB On3 #10 QB

This is the article I read a few days ago when I mentioned this wasn't about NIL, it is about Malzahn coming in and bringing his old QB in - Castenallos. I'm just guessing by this, maybe we didn't take a big NIL hit and can now get some big uglies on both lines now.

I've heard multiple FSU people say Hawk. I putting my money on Hadad.

He's potentially a lot more than a warm body. I know his stats at FSU were awful, but seeing as how bad the team had quit by the time he got playing time, not sure how much to read into that. Best case, he's as good as his high school hype and we've got a very good QB. Worst case, he should be at least a serviceable backup to Shapen, which we needed.

Hopefully this gives us momentum. He may be great, but he will get ripped in half if we don’t get some lineman

He is a good addition. I think we are in best shape at QB in a long time!!! Glad for Lebby, it's brutal reading all the negative stuff. My deal he inherited a train wreck. Gonna take time which messages boards don't allow.
I was an Ex Coach (basketball) glad my time coaching wasn't message boards.
