I know Mike. He is a good man. Big heart. Sorry to hear this. In my opinion Lumberton football needs to be changed from the little kids up. A culture change with every age level on the same page. This will take time and patience and every one on the same plan. If this is not done it does not matter who you hire. Lumberton has had some really good coaches who had average records there because of this. Wish Coach the best.
