We had to be in an 8-9 game potentially matched up with Houston or Duke in the 2nd round because the committee attempts to avoid conference matchup before the Sweet 16. Duke is probably the better option. There are consequences when losing to both Oklahoma & Texas late in the season.

Yeah. Seems like Duke & UNC almost always play the 1st weekend in either Raleigh or Greensboro.
