In the SD-7 regular season finale before the playoffs begin...the Blue Devils travel just down the road to visit the den....will Farley and co. have enough to pull it off on the road or do the Wolves continue to handle business on their SENIOR NIGHT?.....what's your thoughts?

I expect Maiden to come in and try to smack us in the mouth, because they don't have anything to lose, but we already know what it is, boys are ready to eat and go ahead and lock up the home field advantage throughout.

SImilar to the North Lincoln game a few years ago, when the Knights ran all over the Wolves. That game was at the start of the year and this is at the end of the season.
52-35 Maiden. 4 minutes left in the 3 QTR. There is no way I see Lincolnton coming back in this game. Lincolnton can score, but cannot stop Maiden.

This game is of interest to Reidsville fans because the Wolves will have home field advantage over any potential Lincolnton/Reidsville matchup should they come back to win. I don't count them out. They are a great program.

Big props to maiden....they came to play tonight...whipped our butts...plain and simple....65-47....not much defense for either...sad to say and I've been real quiet over it...but being able to see the field means a lot......be mad at me or whatever... We played piss poor from start to finish...one player scores 4-5 TDs running the EXACT same play on the same side on consecutive possessions..... And that's not the whole story....smh ...I pray that this was a TRUE WAKE UP CALL....

Will love to see your take on the game when you are able to post a longer post. I watched most of the game and decided in the middle of the fourth quarter that I had some things I needed to around the house. It appeared to me that Farley would just fake the handoff and then beat every single Wolve defender to the left sideline and then he was off to the races. Sometimes several defenders would be waiting and he would Houdini away from a gang of tacklers and again it was off to the races. The Wolves had no answers and tonight were beaten by a better team that came to play.
Maiden came to play and we did not. Embarrassing what they did to our defense. And our offense didn't wake up until the second half, which was too late. Congrats to Maiden. We've got two weeks to get it together and start the playoffs. I've got a lot of confidence in the Wolves. Hopefully they learned tonight you've gotta come to play every week.
Confused defenders, miscommunication, and people not tackling cost the Wolves dearly. But should be the wake up call that we needed, even though we shouldn't have needed it. I still have all the confidence in the Wolves to push through playoffs and still bring home that ring to LTown
Embarrassing doesn't even come close....I'm not one for excuses ...we got BEAT and badly...if we can't adjust and SEE THE WHOLE FIELD....then that trip to Reidsville yet again may not fold true....
I always suspected Lincolnton had a suspect defense, and it got exposed big time tonight, I'm not hating, just stating an obvious fact.
