Has anyone listened to these jackholes? I just listened to the first eight minutes and that was enough. Things learned:

1. Mississippi State and Kentucky looked like a SWAC game. And our Egg Bowl uniforms will probably look like we picked them up at the airbrush shop at MetroCenter. (That racism isn't even thinly veiled. Shocking coming from an Ole Miss fan, I know.)

2. MSU has major problems on offense after putting up over 500 yards against Kentucky, and we haven't played any tough defenses yet. Thank goodness we don't have to play in Tiger stadium this year, I guess.

3. We are going to lose our last three games, and Dak will be forgotten by everyone.

That was it. I didn't even make it to the commercial break. Seriously, where do they get these guys?

General?

There is supposed to be a MSU side of the show but I'm not sure how often that guy is on there.

Normally this kind of stuff bothers me but then I look at our number one ranking and realize that only retards would believe this verbal diarrhea.

It's a show with both a State slant and an OM slant. I listen every week and love it personally. The OM guys have been up to this point, rational, but when the OM bus drove off the cliff on Saturday night, all bets are off.

So many excuses why OM lost. Everything is fine and they still control their destiny. No way State can beat Bama even though they did. It's typical OM delusions of grandeur.

They know they are getting left behind but could never admit it in a million years. It's a great show and comes out every Tuesday. You can get it on the BSR app. I rank it right after The B&B show. Jake Wimberly and Brian Hadad are my go to guys for MSU sports.

I agree. I avoid that show. In fact, the main shows I listen too are B&B and No Holds Barred (just because Joel Coleman absolutely cracks me up). I listen to the Boneyard as long as I can stand the guttural smacking and snorting. I would really like to see during football season a show that has one MSU homer (coleman?) and one opponent school homer each week and let them verbally duke it out. It would be great internet radio.

Here are my problems with the show:

1. The two to one ole miss to State fan ratio.

2. Jake is soft. He gets ridiculed by the other two and does a piss poor job of standing up for his opinions and for MSU. He also never calls out the other two when they are being irrational. Not even the dumb hick guy.

3. The dumb hick guy. What does he add to the show other than beligerence? No chance he attended ole miss.

What Hadad did with Ben Wait on A State Divided is a much better product.

BSR thoughts in general: B&B, No Holds Barred, Good Ole Boys The Boneyard, and This is Our Show are must listens. The Daily Grind and Extra Credit suffer from a lack of charisma, planning, and/or polish.

curious since you listen - what do you dislike about TIOS? Anything we could do differently?

Goes for anyone else. If you have listened before and hated it - why did you hate it?

Not much to dislike.

Only complaint is that you miss the occasional week. The knowledge, chemistry, and strong opinions are all there. People's segment is great.

Y'all do really well with TIOS. That, B&B, and No Holds Barred are my staples. Sorry, Daily Grind, but I listen to BSR driving and y'all would put me right to sleep.

I like their show too and actually met Acey recently and he was a cool guy. But you're right, he went full "jab MSU team" after OM's loss. I was told that the producer is/was an Auburn fan who is now a OM fan.

ETA: I like all the shows and am addicted.

Don't change anything. Y'all do a good job, just wins you did it more. The only complaint I have is what dawgology already said, Steve makes the most disgusting noises I've ever heard on radio. I can't listen to him anymore because of that, his haircut, kids screaming and phones going off, and various other annoying and unprofessional things. Just get Robby to do a weekly recruiting show and get rid of the skullet

Only gripe about TIOS is that it's only once a week.

I wish you guys would do twice a week or more. It's like listening to Sixpack.

I've listened to B&B every morning during my commute for like 3 years. My 4-year old even likes it (he likes it when Bob talks about Disney ****). No Holds Barred is the only other thing I listen to. I love me some Joel T, and Robbie keeps things interesting.

All the other shows are boring, and I hate to say that because I know it takes a lot of effort to do every day.

The General needs to get another female for a show....someone with a sexy voice. I loved the countdown and he said she said. I guess that dynamic is better suited for during the slow summertime months when no sports are going on.

I like it and think y'all do a great job. Hadad talks a lot more than you but it's very pot/kettle for me to point that out.

I would like a hunting segment in December when we are waiting for our first playoff game**

Really like the show also. Only drawback I see is that by the time it comes on Brian has already hit all the topics earlier in the week. The cool thing about it is, it's two fans talking about the team they follow. You guys make it relatable. It's like listening to friends you haven't met yet. When I met Brian, I just wanted to talk about State with my "friend" I listen to every day. Keep up the amazing work. Go State!

Listen to BSR every day-really enjoy B&B, TIOS, No Holds Barred and the Boneyard. I think the daily grind and the young guys are pretty boring; I won't listen to Make it Rain on a bet. I live around too many Ole Miss a-holes to want to listen to those two *** hats. Never have understood why they're on BSR.

Thanks for all the kind words and info in this thread. Curby, I would love to bring back the Countdown, but with all I have going on for the other 6 VSporto stations, I don't have time right now for the kind of research that show required. Does anybody know the guy who tweets as @MSUHistory? If he lives in Starkville, he'd be a good candidate.

MIRS is a smack talk show, if you go in with that mindset, you can enjoy it. I do wish Jake would be a bit more vocal at times, I think he's just saving up for the end of the season. They also have good interviews weekly, you can always listen to those as Instant Replays.

That first guy you ever had on the People's Segment was a moron.

I'll be anybody's friend for a fifth of rum.

I'm always amazed and humbled when I get somebody's compliment. Know that I enjoy doing the show far more than you guys enjoy listening to it.
