Not even going to mention the name Stansbury (outside of right then).<div>
</div><div>We have 0 leadership on this team. None. Last year (from what I ascertained from a buddy that worked with the team) Jarvis and Barry kept that teams head on straight when things started to fall apart. They both did an excellent job of keeping that team from falling apart (and itwasn'teven that smooth last year, just imagine what it would of been like without them).</div><div>
</div><div>This year we have Ravern, Kodi, and Riley.......that explains a lot to me. Two guys who are prone to suspension and have terrible attitudes. No wonder when you add Stans (ok 2 times) terrible control over that team and no team leadership you get the giant pile of dog crap that is this season (so far).</div>

its usually due to leadership from within the team. Think about the 2004 team where you had guys like Timmy Bowers, Shane Power, Lawrence Roberts and Brandon Vincent. Those guys needed VERY little guidance and were almost like having coaches on the floor. Unfortunately we have nearly the polar opposite of those type guys on the team this year.

i was just thinking that i really missed Barry. Jarvis too for obvious reasons, but definitely Barry's leadership. and then I started to think about who that leader is now....not a single one of them seems qualified. I think Dee is probably our closest thing to it but nowhere near what barry and the names previously mentioned from years past
