I'm sure it depends on what the league says as far as where he projects to go.

If I was him I'd follow the money. Unless you truly believe things will turn around year 2 for MR and help your draft stock.

Going pro will be solely determined by his draft stock, not our head coach or record.

If he goes, I don't think he goes as high as he could. I think he's still scratching the surface and could use a little bit more time. Whichever way it ends up, Maliek has to do what's best for him and I wish him the best.

As of now there are a couple mock drafts having him go in the 3rd round to St. Louis. I wouldn't if I was him. These next four games will tell the story. He stays and he will be a 1st rounder next year fo sho barring injury of course.

He is having a good year. If he is projected to go in the first 45 picks, he should go to the NFL. He has a young son and finances are a big concern. Football is a very tough game. The body can only take so many hits. Each level upward becomes more of a body abuser. Go while you're relatively healthy. I would like him to stay, but staying at NU seems risky and not a wise move.

I don't know but he is very good.
I'm not an expert but I'm not seeing the type of explosive, dominant play from him that being a high round draft choice requires. Reminds me of the overhype at he beginning of the year for a certain safety on the team.
