Don’t think anyone doubted his talent here, he definitely showed some flashes of being quite impressive last year. Everything I was told about him was he was maybe too close to some bad influences in his hometown and moving further away from home might be the best thing for him.
If he’s indeed gotten rid of those potential concerns, then yes, he’s very talented and in a good position to succeed at A&M.
Thompson basically fills the Craver role for us this year and he’s been excellent so far. Seems like the Craver situation was a divorce that worked out fine for both sides.
