Mark Cuban One of the 3 Finalists Selected To Purchase Cubs

as a mavs fan i really hate this idea. i know the man has more money than davie crockett and can afford it but you can't tell me if he buys the cubs it won't have an affect the mavs. if you leave out another owner of a prominent pro sports team in dallas i would say cuban is more involved with his team than any other. mavs never did anything before he purchased them and the last thing we need is another franchise for cuban to put more time, energy and focus into. and he will be the owner of wrigley field too which makes me think that when/if he buys the cubs they will become his #1 priority. i know he is not a gm or coach but he is a decision maker. and he is not just buying any baseball team he is buying the cubs who are #3 in terms of fan support and popularity. and also the team is real close at winning a championship. the mavs are heading in the opposite direction and have already peaked and are falling fast and may not even make the playoffs next year. i know he once said he would like to pass the mavs down to his kids but hell he may end up selling them if this happens.
