Another great second half comeback win. Marquette didn't look like an 8-14 team. When Clark is on, he dominates the game. Rivera important contribution. Great clutch 3 by AJSM.

A good defensive team does not give up 40 in 1 half with offense shooting 67 from 3 on 12 attempts.

This team does not score and shoot in a free and easy way on offense. Eventually the fairy dust is gonna run out on comebacks.
I didn't see the first half to speak to the context of their 3 point shooting in this specific case (perhaps we did play poorly and leave them wide open every time), but I'd argue that hitting 3s at an unsustainably high rate is the primary way to put up a big number against a good defense.

The Big East is down on top this year but there are no really bad teams. Every game is a dog fight. The BET should be fun.

Bro the last thing we wanted is a tightly called game with how physical we play. The refs have been pretty good letting them play for the first 25 minutes. Lets hope they don't get whistle happy over the last 15
they made some awful calls towards the end of the game.... well, not they

The most awful call I saw was on Hines and they gave the guy 2 shots. It should’ve a foul on the floor as he clearly put his shoulder into the Marquette player on the drive

I have a feeling that the ref who got hurt at Nova last night was supposed to work in Newark today and one of the other two was a fill-in. Probably not Farrell but the other guy.
