That's actually really surprising because of how over the top conservative he is.

I apparently had him hidden for years unknowingly on Facebook so I unhid him and it was less than 24 hours before I hid him again [laughing]. (And it had nothing to do with politics)

He's a nice guy in person, but online he's a bit of a caricature. The internet attention has carried him away.

Looks like it passed with ease. An indictment on our electorate. Had anyone actually read it, it never would've been close.

Instead a shocking number of people just believe everything they see and go with it.

Judiciary will strike it down. Just a matter of when

Really hope the judiciary does strike this down. Not too full of confidence in that though. More and more judges yield to political pressure---which is the very thing they are not supposed to do. That said, every politician who voted/advocated this bill should be voted out of office and/or impeached. These guys take an oath to uphold the constitution----and a simple reading of this "amendment" reveals it is a total a front to the constitution. Horrible, horrible law.

Totally agree. I do hold out hope for the judiciary since injunctive relief will stop it from being certified for now.

Of course a congressperson appealed that. We need to find out who so we'll know for a fact they're a *****.

You said congressperson and *****. I’m just wondering why you repeated yourself.

I don’t always have a ton of confidence in our KY Supreme Court but I think they’ll get this one right.

Lethal dose.

Marijuana doesn't have one that is attainable for humans. That's where I draw the line.

Alcohol can be consumed in lethal doses so we should ban it? My point is there are people on both sides of the argument and I am asking who should determine where we draw the line and where that line is drawn?
