95 for me too for the high..peak heat index 108

Tuesday and Wednesday will see highs in the mid to upper 90s with peak heat indices of 105 to perhaps as high as 120

So it was already 88° when I pulled in the parking lot around 9.

The Hillsborough station is malfunctioning but its likely in like with the 94-98 degrees being reported the state. Heat indices are 105-110. It hot!

Just got in from playing tennis. Can confirm it’s 255 degrees with a dew point of 130.

Looks like another scorcher today, at least I don't have to drive to-and-from PT after work like yesterday. Even with AC that sucked.

While tomorrow will be in the low to mid 70s at best with many places trapped in the 60s we will have delightful weather for the weekend. Much less humid with a mix of sun and clouds. Around 80 on Saturday a few degrees higher on Sunday

Heat signal pulsing a return to 90s next weekend

We got clouded over, didn't make it past the upper 80's.

Was 86° midday in my car when I moved it and closed the windows. Storms came through around 2:30, they let us go about 15 minutes later, drove through very heavy rain going north on 287 from Parsippany, but drove through it. By the time I got off in Riverdale it was sprinkling. And when I got home the temp had fallen to 70°. currently in the upper 60's.

62° this morning at 7, was 67° when I pulled into work at 9. I guess the heatwave's over!

Nice break today from the heat. It was great running weather compared to what we've had recently. Didn't want my run to end today

Really amazed at how red the sun was last night when I got out of PT around 7:20. And it was still fairly high in the sky. Effects from the smoke of the Canadian wildfires, also why the moon has appeared orange the last few nights.

7-10 day major heatwave incoming

Starting perhaps Sunday for many and lasting through at least next weekend. Peak heat looks Tuesday through Thursday with highs 95-100

0z euro was less aggressive with next weeks heat with a more onshore flow component which would keep highs in low 90s. GFS continues with their searing 95 plus heat
