Surprised at how quickly these jobs are being filled. Guess the domino thing, one job fills, then another and another and there you are.
Mitch better lock up Eliot before he gets hired away. lol. Just kidding - Eliot's body of work as a DC is far from perfect, but there' plenty of blame to go around.
So, for those that may know---I certainly do not----when does UK start addressing/looking for/making changes/ or put out feelers to any interested parties about vacancies or positions? To me, it would seem apparent that this would need to be done as soon as possible---assuming some are made. Continuity with staff and recruits is obviously important. However, how does Stoops sell excitement if there are no changes? Man, this is a difficult position to be in! Does UK have to wait until everyone leaves that's gonna leave from the staff before it even begins to look at others? It would seem to be very reactionary and not proactive if that is the model we are following. Those who leave can pilfer our recruits and we get left with leftovers in both coaches and recruits. Crap. Sorry. just appears very frustrating.

Where is everyone getting that Stoops "micromanages" the OC and the DC?? Are people hacking into their headsets during the game and listening? As far as I can tell this theory was completely made up and people are accepting it as fact then passing it off as such
