Wow. If my profession is college football coach (and I’m not currently coaching at my dream school) and notre dame gives me a chance to come, I got to believe I’m taking that. Just to say you did.
Good for him. Plenty of money. Won a National Title. Watching his kids grow up. Don't blame him one bit.
I don't know. If I've got a few million in the bank and don't need to work anymore I'm wondering if it's worth it to relocate my family and jump back into the grinder.
Dude voluntarily retired from UGA, one of the best places in the country, he ain't going to South Bend. If he wants to work, he can probably just be a consultant for Kirby.
I thought that part of his deal, explanation was that he had young kids, that he has never been able to spend any time with.
