Unfortunately for you- you have nothing to do with hiring a coach at WVU so it doesn’t matter if you are interested or not.Not interested, just saying
Just as you have no say who goes or doesn't. It's his opinion not yours *******. Matt Rhule would be a huge mistake.Unfortunately for you- you have nothing to do with hiring a coach at WVU so it doesn’t matter if you are interested or not.
Just like youUnfortunately for you- you have nothing to do with hiring a coach at WVU so it doesn’t matter if you are interested or not.
I haven’t pretended I do, while you make declarations as if you think you do.Just like you
Would be ok as well- has a proven track record of rapid turnaround and success at the P5 level and his NFL experience may be attractive to recruits too.If Lyons and Gee pull the trigger on Brown I'd be OK with Ruhle. Just sayin![]()

Until you write that 16 mil check you have no say.I haven’t pretended I do, while you make declarations as if you think you do.
WVU wouldn’t have hired Brown if it had been up to me.
You mean his horrible experience in the NFL is attractive? Proves how dumb you really are. He had 1 good season at P5 level.Would be ok as well- has a proven track record of rapid turnaround and success at the P5 level and his NFL experience may be attractive to recruits too.
Really?
I know you get flack on here for being a flaming liberal, but now you are just not very good at reading comprehension, or you’re just wanting to be a douche troll; probably both.
Let's see. Hire a coach who is known for making a one hit wonder at schools and then fleeing immediately else where.
Rhule was 19-20 (13-14) at Baylor. Bucky would want him fired year 2 after going 8-17 (5-13). He bolted after turning it around year 3 with 11-3 (8-1) record.
At Temple his first 2 years 8-16 (5-11) his final 2 before he turned it around and bolted 20-7 (14-2) total 28-23 (19-13). This guy might be here 2 to 4 years tops. Then it's back to square 1.
Need to find a guy who will be here at least 8 years.
RR gave WVU a winner's attitude unlike the douche Kneel Clown.
Why is he behind the "times"...specifically?He also was ahead of his time. And now he is behind the times. We’d be better off pivoting to a triple option offense.
Because parts of his offense have been adopted into just about every single spread offense in the college and pro level. In 2007 it was still new, by the time he left Michigan it was old news. Why is he behind the "times"...specifically?
Ga. Tech tried this way for many years and it failed.Because parts of his offense have been adopted into just about every single spread offense in the college and pro level. In 2007 it was still new, by the time he left Michigan it was old news.
If you want to have success chasing the past, a triple option offense would absolutely yield positive results in terms of improving our win pct, the caveat is that we are basically disqualified from ever competing nationally with that type of offense. See: Army and Navy who are sitting on talent that in conventional offenses would win 1-2 games per year, but schematically it can elevate that talent to bowl eligibility most years
So....you have no proof...just juvenile bluster?Because parts of his offense have been adopted into just about every single spread offense in the college and pro level. In 2007 it was still new, by the time he left Michigan it was old news.

Would see success for about 2 years then it all gets figured out. Stay your lanes and the option is easy to stop.GT running triple option - 82-61 (51-37) with ACC title and a major bowl win.
GT since - 12-28 (9-19)
We would see success doing it, there is definitely a ceiling though and transitioning out of this type of offense is a big headache, if we ever did it we have to be committed to it forever basically like Army and Navy.
