That's what I meant. Aaron Morris put on 40-60 pounds in the offseason between 2012 and 2013, but it certainly wasn't muscle weight.
Some of the blow ups they had under Balis were way too obvious. You can't get those just with diet, weights, and supplements, not in that short of a period. They were getting the type of results it usually takes 3-4 years to get, but they would get them in 6-9 months.
