If you want to go down that road Trump has been a racist since the 70s-80s as well. From housing discrimination to the newspaper as asking for the death penalty for 5 minority kids that were later proven innocent. You need another excuse. Https://www.google.com/amp/s/amp.theatlantic.com/amp/article/588067/

https://www.nytimes.com/interactive/2018/01/15/opinion/leonhardt-trump-racist.html

Neither was racist...that's the problem...the left says he's racist and then uses examples that aren't racist. One was a business decision...based on ability to pay ...the other...the left arrested these kids...Trump wanted NYC to be safe....100% of his views were based off of data he got from NYC politicians and police.

Biden has said multiple things that are 100% racist...crickets...perfect example of meeting in middle when it comes to reality.

Nope, I can’t argue with CHAOS, he’s right. I don’t feel anything on the left deserves uniting with. It deserves to be destroyed as a blight on the American conscience and a threat to our way of life.

Problem is what I have been preaching about for a long time and now the country is waking up slowly and a lot of it is due to Mattis and other leaders denouncing Trump, finally. The public needs to quit thinking of our society of "conservative vs liberal" but think of it as "right vs wrong". Unfortunately, it has taken a pandemic and a couple of recent racial events putting a spotlight on certain leaders to recognize this distinction for many but it appears it is now happening. Not with the scum Trumpers on this board and they will never understand. They are more interested in making up lies of those they view as "left" and have sold their soul to Trump and his attempt at an authoritarian government instead of the ideals of the Constitution and a democracy. They will continue talking a bunch of nonsense that does not include a viewpoint of "right vs wrong" but rather a bunch of political ********. They should be ignored as the country attempts to move forward in being healed and that needs to happen among all races, all types of people and all citizens minus those that want to divide as a leading force.

Let me clue you in; everyone except the 8 or 10 idiot trumpers on this board laugh their *** off at you. You are Alex Jones Jr.

He literally just advocated for what he was railing against. “This country needs to come together, except Trump supporters”. Do you think it’s intentional or is his EQ really that low?

Probably the only thing Barack Obama & I have in common is that we both had the honor of firing Jim Mattis, the world’s most overrated General. I asked for his letter of resignation, & felt great about it. His nickname was “Chaos”, which I didn’t like, & changed to “Mad Dog”...

He once had halfway intelligent arguments to defend his position, but they only went so deep. Now he's just off the rails.

One more thing they won't have in common, besides Obama being intelligent, well read, well spoken, articulate, mature, demonstrating leadership qualities, without a fragile ego, not being a racist, Obama served two terms as POTUS.

Myself and most reasonable people want the entire country to come together. I am saying there are those that are holding onto political divisiveness that have no interest and you Trumpers on this board are examples. Can't do much about it. The country needs to move on with action with or without them. I would wish and have proclaimed on here many times to lose your loyalty to Trump and this horrific political platform that has warped your mind but you won't. But many appears they have and that is a great thing.

He perceives this the same way KKK does, good and bad, black and white. He doesn't realize that there are many shades of gray in this complex set of issues.

It would shock him that I marched to the town hall with the protesters the other night. It doesn't shock him that I condemn the looters/rioters. Liberals are so shallow.

I realize the many shades of grey and most of the posts I have are in the grey. You perceive them as black or white. But when it comes to right vs wrong, there is no grey or "alternative facts".

It doesn't shock me you walked with protesters. That is a good thing. But that doesn't take away from your piss poor actions on this board that I speak out on.

I wasn’t hear when Bush was President, but I’m betting he sounded a lot like that? Probably had a lot of choice things to say about McCain and Romney as well? I’m just guessing.

The left arrested those kids? Not understanding that. And Trump could give 2 ***** about the city being safe while he was in his gilded apartment in the sky w/ his gaudy gold toilets. He was at a minimum an opportunist that saw an opportunity to increase his brand by taking out an ad w/out knowing the facts. He was asking to kill 5 BOYS before they were found guilty by a jury.

If he's not racist, then he sure has hell has found an opportunity to use racist language and imagery to build a coalition of racists. And not all the people that voted for him are racists. Just because someone votes for him does not make them a racist. BUT he has consciously sold his soul to racists for their votes.

We'd often roll over to Lewsiston on Lake Ontario in the Summers, or Letchworth State Park. So nice up there. We could zip up to the Falls (Niagara) almost anytime since it was only about a half hour from the East side of Buffalo where I grew up.

Good times.

Erie Basin Marina, Downtown Buffalo, NY

downtown Buffalo at dusk
My parents used to own a house on Lake Ontario in the town of Kendall. You would be able to see Canada from the back yard. If I recall correctly, Roosevelt Bouie was from Kendall. It snowed liked he!! there, and was almost always overcast. No thanks!

David Dinkin's was the mayor...it was his COP. Both were far left and liberal....Trump wanted law and order...he did not have access to how bad the city gov. screwed it up! He was a private citizen and wanted to protect his investments...pretty simple to understand.

On the second issue, compare a housing application vs what Joe Biden and Bill Clinton were saying at that time...

If Trump is a racist...why no proof? He is over 70 years old and has been a media personality for much it...yet Biden and the other liberal leaders have dozens of racists comments documented.

It's pretty simple, Trump has been an ******* for most of his life...but was an ******* towards everyone....liberals on the other hand...in private they act one way and on TV they say something else. I would rather have an ******* who gets things done instead of a "real" leftist political hack.

Trump grew up in NYC...hung with liberals more than conservatives for most of his life. At best he is a NY Republican (fiscal conservative-social liberal) ...but you can't be a Republican without being a racist...the left reminds us that every day...and if you are a minority and conservative...you are an Uncle Tom or whatever other races call successful members of their nationality.

Give specific examples of said language and imagery.

I already gave the the example of the kids in NYC. Charlottesville is a more recent example. Birtherism is another example...that would not have happened to a white guy born in Hawaii. And there was a long history of him treating blacks differently in his casinos. Little to no diversity in his company, and treated blacks different on his TV show.

Hell, Make America Great Again is a thinly veiled homage to main things...including when blacks were more marginalized.

Make America Great Again was about a resurgence of America First and with American products to try and rejuvenate American manufacturing for the forgotten blue collar. It had zero to do with race. WTF is wrong with you all? You’ve been brainwashed into stupidity on some of this stuff.

I can’t speak to his hiring practices but my guess is they mimicked societal norms.

NYC has been debunked....Charlottesville has been misquoted...Birther movement was made popular by HRC...Trump amplified just like she did...Casinos...treated differently how? better if they were dropping money in one of his places...MAGA...just like hope and change could have been perceived as racist...(Hope for more white people...change the laws to keep the black man down)

I don't get my info from here. So, I could care less if it was "debunked" on here. I don't believe a word that comes from Trump's mouth. So, I don't believe him walking that back. He took it easy on the white supremacists, because they vote for him in droves. He can't say a word that would make me think otherwise.

The Birtherism stuff had definite racists undertones...again on purpose.

And I'm sure MAGA has more than one meaning as most good slogans...and unfortunately its a good slogan...do, but again I fully believe part of the reason for that is to harken back to the good old days before all the uppity blacks started getting old those damn rights.
