Maybe Germans: The MSU athletics android app no longer working?

I purchased the MSU athletics app a while back. I went to start it this weekend and it said the app was no longer available and I need to download the new app. Kind of ******** that it seems to have to pay for it again. Anyone else know more about this?

I noticed that last week. I like the app, but i hope I don't have to buy it every year.

To me, it's not BS. You have to pay $25/year for HailState.TV (audio only). So $5/year for the app is only fair.

I don't remember there being an expiration date on the app. Maybe there was.

I could not find the premium version by entering MSU Athletics on the play store search. It only shows the free version. I had to search for MSU Athletics Premium to find the premium version and this one does say it has an expiration date. However you also need a Hailstate.tv app subscription to get the premium one.

Guess it will be deleted from my phone.

Its still on Google Play but I don't remember what it was listed as. There was a thread a few weeks ago on here about the same thing and whoever posted it then had finally found it. I remember seeing the notice that it expires every year, thats why I didn't buy it
