They can do it for a lot less than that too but the little story I heard was by having to cede this parcel of land back to the "lunatics" just hastens the takeover of the stadium and parking lot across the street which hastens the development of the Tiger Dome. And to think, they don't have $3 million for burials but they're going to develop that parking lot & stadium land AND build a dome...........
