I bought Mayo Bowl tickets through Hailstate.com and it still says "delay" on my mobile delivery, and I'm getting a little nervous. Anyone else with this issue? Any insight?
I would think in today's digital world it would be instantly. You’ll get them in a few days. Most of the time now for concerts and sporting events the tickets don’t show up in an email or available for download until a day or two before the game.
You dont get them until close to the event because of people scamming or scalping. It’s the world we live in.I would think in today's digital world it would be instantly.
When I ordered, it said that tickets would be delivered no later than 2 weeks before the event (that would have been the 19th), which is why I was getting nervous. DeSoto's comment about scammers/scalpers makes sense.I would think in today's digital world it would be instantly.
Anytime you have to deal with Ticketmaster it’s damn near an unmitigated disaster. They make it so hard to deal with other ticketing sites or someone like MSU with all the hoops you have to jump through.NM - finally got them. Hailstate.Com still says "delay" but I got an email from the Charlotte Sports Foundation so I checked their website, and their website said I had to download their app, which told me to log into my Ticketmaster account, but that was rejecting my login/password, so I had to reset that (twice) before going back to the CSF app and logging in again to download the tix. Jeebus. C'mon, hailstate.com, be better - this process shouldn't be this complicated (also, 17 Ticketmaster).
Come say hi tomorrow night.![]()
