Looking forward to seeing our commits play tonight plus the guys we are still recruiting. Two things to watch for. If you see pisgah there then we know he is the next Duke basketball coach;) and if you see a guy walking around with a tablet and a all-access pass hanging on his shirt who looks like Moe Howard of the 3 Stooges it's guru-gary-7 there getting all the scoop on what's going on and who's going where and you can read his observations over at thr possibly as early as 9 pm tonight or even during the game. :D OFC

It's a glorified pickup game with less defense than you'd see at your local YMCA. I will still be watching it though for various reasons. It's nice to be able to see incoming players play even without defense. Also, it has been a decent barometer of what to expect from some players going forward. Most of the guys that have had breakout performances in this game have went on to a pretty good career.

I always watch, but usually come away frustrated. It's tougher for big guys to stand out in the McDAA game since it winds up being a three point/transition dunk fest.

Can't Wait to see Carter, Trent, Knox, and Duval!!

If you can add Duval and Knox to Carter and Trent, and keep
Bolden and Jackson....,that's a top team.
We (UK) didn't offer Duval, so I don't know much about him.
Rumors are he may not qualify.........any info?
Edit:
P.S. Google says he has been OAD each year of HS..different HS each yr.
Sounds like a Kansas player to me.

Yes it is bad but nothing is as bad as an NBA all star game. That is pure trash.

Trevons court vision is silly good. He simply gets the ball where it needs to go to score.

Great comment by Jefferson - 12 NBA players from his Final four when you could go pro from HS.....the one year rule is having an unintended detrimental consequence in the college game...maybe it should be reversed. Let those who want to go to the league and the ones who want to play college can stay and get better individually and for the game

Bamba and Carter look good on the floor together not as much flow in this game as ones in the past

He went to API, but took classes University of Nebraska High School, an accredited, university-based online school.

Basically anyone that went to API(Ayton/Ferguson/Preston/Mudiay) was being questioned as to rather they would be eligible in college or not. So Duval got away from API, and Duke got involved.

This years class looks nowhere near as good as last imo. Shouldn't be too many one and dones out of this crop, even with how watered down things are.

Where should he go? Serious question. Are big guys fairing particularly well at one school? UK has a great track record, but who else?
