Depending on the day I find them either strangely appealing as far as fast food items go, and other days completely repugnant.

The way the McRib creates such a divide is really amazing.

I SORT of get it if you are one of those BBQ purists that loves to hate on BBQ that does not take 46 hours to prepare.

But, pretending like the McRib doesn't taste good is insane. There is a reason is sells like crazy.

Not a bbq purist but in my opinion they are disgusting.

Comparing McRib to actual bbq is next level funny🤣

that’s like saying the new Prius came out and aside from what those Porsche enthusiasts think … it’s pretty sweet.

Secret is to double em up. Buy 2, stack one fake pressed and formed meat like substance on top of the other, toss the spare bun. #winner

....while i can count rhe number of times i've eaten fast food in the last 5 years on 5 fingers, it ain't cause i don't like it. I like all of em. Every, single, one... tastes good.

One of my kids would probably LOVE it. I tried one once. I don't understand the hype. I'd rather have a double quarter pounder.

All this debate over the McRib and no one is even going to note that the process of "restructured pork" aka the McRib was invented at dear old Nebraska U?
Probably why DONU was kicked out of the AAU. Apparently, the other members don't appreciate this weird science.

Does this mean that McDonald's now has the "meat"?

Every time I've tried one (which is hardly ever, I'm disappointed. Mac sauce is awesome. My wife will buy extra cups of it for dipping sauce, but Big mac always feels like its all bread and lettuce and barely anything else.
I can see that...I have never had the double big mac but I would imagine that would make a difference.

How much is a McRib? I don’t eat at McDonald’s so I don’t know.

I had one in the 80s when they first came out. But I don’t really care one way or the other.

Has anyone tried the fried toi-kee sandwich at Arby’s? I saw it advertised but was wanting someone else to be the guinea pig

Every year I try to eat at least 1 McRib. Was out running errands today so I decided to get one. Now I remember why I only do 1 per year.

Update: personal rating for the McRib. On a scale of 1 to 10, I give it a 9. The sandwich itself was a 1, but my bowel movement the next day as a result of eating a McRib was an 8. So, 1 + 8 = 9.
