I'd be very surprised if Angelo leaves, which spot would be better for him? He is the face of the team next year, he has very good partners, and he seems to like being at Iowa.

It honestly is a statistical anomaly to have him ref so many of our matches at NCAAs this year.

Yeah I don't understand the Sparks hate. He loves the sport and lives it.
He never talks down and always talks up wrestlers/ teams. Sure he can be a bit annoying with his excitability, but so what.
He's a pro, unlike most talking heads on the TV.
Edit: I've had a few interactions with him on twitter and of all things it was about baseball. All positive. I'd definitely have a beer with the guy and talk about anything.

What Gabe has done this weekend is nothing short of amazing! Props to him for winning some tough matches! Hopefully he has a renewed confidence and can be a more dominant wrestler at 174 next year.

Sparks is the best of the regular commentators. Over the top maybe, but I can't recall him being a douche or wrong. They heavy they had commentating this year did well.
With the Raney Bros coming in, Swiddy has probably worn out his welcome with DT.
Looks like he'll have to pack up his circus tent and head to yet another school.
