but we already know where the scouts view him. Just because he's taken #1 doesn't mean that he should have been.

I guess I'd be up for the "better pro" option, but that would just take too damn long to settle. Maybe a better rookie season bet?

snead was damn good at the end of the year and he sucked at the beginning. if he plays all year like he did at the end of last year i could see him going number 1

...I just think it's an overreaction on your part. Nobody is calling him the first pick of the draft right now; it's about his potential. There's a full season to play, and yet another one if he returns for his senior year. If he turns out to not be worth the hype, Kiper will drop him down. It's just more of a "watch list" than anything else.

2008 Stats

Sam Bradford - 68% passing, 4700 total yards, 55 TDs, 8 INTs
Tim Tebow - 64% passing, 3400 total yards, 42 TDs, 4 INTs
Colt McCoy - 77% passing, 4400 total yards, 45 TDs, 8 INTs

Jevan Snead - 56% passing, 2800 total yards, 29 TDs, 13 INTs

So tell me my friend, which one OBJECTIVELY doesn't belong?

Also, the NFL scouts have really done an outstanding job lately, haven't they? Alex Smith, Vince Young. Matt Leinert, and Jamarcus Russell are really tearing it up out there.
