Soccer was one and done with that game at home. I could not pick the tennis and golf coaches out of a crowd of two.

You’re missing the point. Someone brought up BH and what he did or didn’t do in his 6-7 years here. I was simply asking, as good as he is/was as a coach, would Stans time here be more successful? Granted Stans never seemed to get past the second round. But he won big games. Won SEC tournaments. Just asking … not complaining.
Got to figure out a way to start playing defense again like we did Jan’s first two seasons. I’m not ready to freak out yet though. Believe it or not I see some positives. Particularly the play of Epps is going to help big time to take the load off of Hub.
Defense definitely is not what Jans brought in. He could always hang his hat in a team that would grind and hustle .. seems to have gone to the NIL waste-side
As much as I liked Howland, these last 3 years have been way more enjoyable. All of Howlands teams had crazy potential only to not make the tournament. It was frustrating watching all of that talent basically go to waste. Jan’s has done way more with less for sure, although he’s got some young talent right now. Like 4 or 5 of the freshman class are four star guys. Jans has next season before you think about going in a different direction.
Defense is mostly effort and positioning. Got to run more of a press too IMO.
I think that pretty reasonable to give him one more. 3 trips to the tournament in 4 years isn’t a bad resume. This is assuming this years team doesn’t make it. Could still turn it around, and I’m able to see some positives about this team.

They made the Sweet 16. We didn't, and haven't, done **** in the NCAA's since 1996.
Lol you’re right; it’s like saying we lost to them twice in league play, and on a neutral game site, yet me made the Elite 8. So really who had bragging rights. Sky makes the point fellas.
No you don’t… I kept up with them early last year and stopped it was so ugly. One game PJ told everyone the other point only had 9 he good, but Hubbs guarded 27 points that night. With all our switching and the rotations, and they find him easily it seems.
Yeah Hub just isn’t a great defender unfortunately. That’s a fact. He’s a good shooter, and a but not as good as his first year where he was pretty much automatic. Biggest difference in the team is no Cam on the floor this year. That is hurting so much right now. We’re missing his defense and his leadership.
Gosh if only Cam Matthews had a Jump shot I’m pretty convinced he would be in the NBA, and would have been a first round pick
