With OSU loss to UMD, a win tonight puts us in the B1G tourney right? Because then:
Even if we lose to PSU, and
OSU wins their last game,
We’ll both be 2-3 and we beat them head to head, so we’ll have the 4-seed.

So WIN !!

Doesn’t Hopkins potentially come into the mix if they lose their last two (Penn St/Maryland)? RU, OSU and Hopkins would all be 2-3 and 1-1 against the other two teams.

I think I heard on the broadcast today they said that goal differential is the tiebreaker in 3-way ties. Right now it’s (on average):
RU +0.6 goals/game
OSU +1.6 goals
JHU -0.5 goals/game

SO even if JHU loses their last 2 games (and we lose, and OSU wins) to create this 3-way tie, as long as don’t get totally smashed in by PSU we would actually win the tiebreaker (along with OSU) and Johns Hopkins would be out. Crazy

We have been the bridesmaid too often to rely on breaks and tiebreakers. Let’s earn it with great play.

We’re 2-2...OSU is 1-3...we win head to head if both 2-3...we’re e in...goal differential in a 3-way tie SHOULD be between the 3 teams which puts us in 3rd ahead of Hopkins, right, only behind PSU and Maryland.

If it’s overall, bad not between the 3 tied, that makes no sense to me but who knows..
