Love the Grizz, but.....
They need a roster makeover IMO. I'd get rid of everybody except Gasol, Conley, Tony Allen, Vince Carter, and Zac Randolph. What does Jarrell Martin and JaMychal Green do for us?.....both recently drafted former SEC stars is all I know. They hardly play. Do they have potential? I don't see it if they do. Grizz need to get a superstar. Should have gotten LaMarcus Aldridge. I knew the Spurs would cake walk it when they got him......and they have! Chris Anderson is an absolute joke. Clear this damn roster and bring in somebody who can contribute with the core 5 players I mentioned at the top.

The only players that are for sure under contract for next year are Gasol, ZBo, Tony, Brandan Wright and Martin. Xavier Munford and Green have non guaranteed contracts but they will keep them because they are super cheap deals and Green is a solid bench player. Vince has a team option for next year for over 4 million. I think it's a 50/50 shot he stays and I think the coaches would like it if he did. He's like having an extra coach on staff. I think it's about a 90 percent chance they sign Conley so here's what you've got.

That's not very good and it's very lacking at the wing, the 2, and backup PG. I really think they might sign Mario Chalmers if his rehab is going well for his ankle. We shall see. Someone they could possibly get in free agency that would fit is Nicolas Batum but Charlotte will probably resign him.

You're missing the point. If the Grizz can't sign free agent LaMarcus Aldridge away from playing in his home state, then anyone the Grizz signs outside of their core players is pointless. This lack of competence in free agency last off-season has thrown the Grizz franchise into a Talespin.
