PSU screws themselves by going for 2 early, down 14-9 in the second quarter. Now 4th quarter they score a TD to make it 24-15 and are forced to go for 2 again, which they failed to get. Down 9 points, pretty much game over with less than 2 minutes to go…
Absolutely one of the worst coached games with head scratching decisions.
